Digital decorative protective glaze is divided into two types: glossy protective glaze and matte protective glaze. When in use, both types of protective glaze are loaded simultaneously in the last two channels of the glaze line printing process. According to the needs of decoration, different proportions can be used simultaneously to achieve a gloss level of 5-40 ° on the glaze surface, allowing for contrast between glossy and matte, gradient transition, or flexible adjustment of the overall gloss level during production. Mindray digital protective glaze has the characteristics of delicate glaze surface, anti fouling and wear-resistant, and stable color development. Generally, a 120pl level nozzle with dual channels is used, loaded with glossy protective glaze and matte protective glaze respectively. Depending on the decorative effect, the general dosage is 60-120g/m2.
