Antibacterial ink porcelain
Mindray Antibacterial Ink is a stable and reliable ink for inkjet printing by loading a composite silver zinc ion material into an inorganic material carrier suitable for high-temperature firing of ceramics with high porosity. Spray printing onto ceramic glaze to produce antibacterial ceramic products. Mindray antibacterial ink has been produced and applied in companies such as Oushennuo, Dongpeng, and Xinmingzhu. Mindray antibacterial ink has the following characteristics

    1. Low environmental requirements for use, no need for sunlight or UV catalysis.

    2. Broad spectrum and high efficiency of antibacterial performance. According to authoritative testing institutions, the effective rate of antibacterial activity is over 98.0%.

    By selecting carriers for protection and sustained release, long-lasting and effective antibacterial effects can be achieved. According to authoritative testing institutions, the antibacterial durability is over 99.9%.

    4. Strong sterilization stability, insensitive to changes in external conditions. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and has negative effects.

    5. Low cost, simple preparation process, online printing is sufficient, and equipment requirements are not high.

 


The principle of antibacterial effect of Mindray antibacterial ink

Trace amounts of silver ions enter the interior of the bacterial body, causing the destruction of active enzymes or the necrosis of amino acids, and losing the ability to divide and proliferate; Causing the precipitation of their proteins and damaging their internal structure, thereby killing bacteria and viruses. Meanwhile, the catalytic effect of silver ions can convert oxygen or dissolved oxygen in water into reactive oxygen species, which have antibacterial properties.
