When in use, the area where the adhesive ink pattern is sprayed has a bonding effect on the melted dry particles applied to the brick surface, while the dry particles in the area without adhesive ink are only loosely stacked. The loose stacked dry particles are blown away by wind to obtain the distribution of dry particles in the adhesive pattern area. After high-temperature firing, the embossed surface structure formed by the melting and stacking of dry particles is obtained, which is suitable for ceramic tiles that pursue embossed surface effects.
